Well, usually when I'm bored and don't have anythin to do, I grab some paper and pencils and start drawing eyes (my sosiology's notebook is full of eyes -_-), but still I'm not that good. Take a better look around in deviantART - you'll surely find a crowd of an high quality manga-artists that are much, much better than I am^^
